**As our retail operations supervisor, you will**:

- Oversee retail consignment store’s daily operations.
- Implement effective operation procedures and policies to optimize team efficiency.
- Recruit, train and supervise sales staff, including training, performance evaluation and daily scheduling.
- Work and lead the team in achieving the company's daily and monthly sales target.
- Promote good teamwork, accountability and good customer service.
- Work with other departments to ensure seamless coordination in achieving the company's goal.
- Manage and monitor stock movement and minimize stock discrepancies and wastage.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide prompt solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in implementing sales and marketing plans according to the current market.

**; Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and management or related field. Relevant work experiences of at least 2-3 years may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Previous experiences as a team supervisor or similar role, preferable in retail settings.
- Strong knowledge in store operations and team management.
- Flexible, possess own transport, willing to travel from store to office if required.
- Willing to work on weekends according to schedule, and/or able to adjust working time according to retail hours.
- Best if willing to travel to Penang once a week (transportation allowance will be provided)
- Good time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
