**Reports To**:
Senior Manager, Inflight & Catering Operations

**Role Purpose**:
Plan, Coordinate and monitor the completion and execution of overall Stations’ catering operations activities to achieve the strategic objectives of the Division to ensure 100% catering ops fulfilment, that in-flight product & services can be delivered efficiently without any disruption

**Key Responsibility**:

- Review and monitor systemwide caterers performance on a monthly basis, and provide recommendation for improvement to minimize wastages in inflight meals and inflight equipment
- Responsible in overseeing the stock balance of caterers system wide and arrange for stock replenishment, return, transfer of excess/defected stock back to KUL through coordination with Inventory Team
- Coordinate and liaise with caterer system wide on the implementation and monitoring of new products and services, changes to operational requirement (due to shortages of inflight equipment) and update on operation standards.
- Coordinate formal and informal training in regards to operational process & in-flight catering system i.e., ICOS for caterers and new reporting staff in the business units.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Degree in Business Administration /Finance / Business Study / Logistic or related field with minimum of 1 year of working experience in Project management / office administration / airline operations
- Diploma in Business Administration /Finance / Business Study / Logistic or related field with minimum of 3 year of working experience in Project management / office administration / airline operations

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Good knowledge of airline products and operations
- Analytical, action oriented, enthusiastic, strong leadership qualities and strong people skill.
- Good background in planning, operational, administration and finance.
- Positive work attitude, team player, able to meet tight deadlines and be prepared to take additional responsibilities

**Key Challenges**:

- Changes in in-flight products and services due to aircraft changes
- Implementation of new policies and procedures to tailor with new product and services introduced
- Inconsistency in service delivery performance by the supplier/vendor that might impact the customer services
- Changes in in-flight products and services due to aircraft changes
