**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Handle accounts receivable, payable, posting of journal transactions which includes invoicing debit note and payment voucher (ie issuing of cheques).
- Reconcile debtors and monthly bank statement.
- Preferably able to handle full set of accounts which is an added advantage.
- Perform Banking
- Maintain proper accounting records and ensuring completeness of documentation
- Assist Assistant Manager in day-to-day operational matters.
- To perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum qualifications in Diploma in Accounting and above
- Minimum of 1-3 years working experience
- Knowledge in IFCA software will be an added advantage
- Must be computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft word and excel
- Posses interpersonal and organization skills and is self-driven to meet deadlines
- Understanding on accounting matters
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written
- Able to work independently under mínimal supervision
- Added advantage for experience in Property Development.
- Contract basis

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounts Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
