**Automation Tester**
- **7-9 years experience.**:

- Design and implement API tests to increase testing efficiency and effectiveness
- Propose and create procedures that help to find errors existing in the product and execute test cases/regression tests to ensure mínimal discrepancy between specified and implemented functions
- Maintain/support/troubleshoot the testing infrastructure
- Collaborating with colleagues during agile ceremonies and other team meetings
- Working with the entire Agile team to understand user stories and acceptance criteria
- Analyzing users stories, use cases and requirements
- To prepare the technical feasibility and estimates of the proposed automation solutions
- Automated tests for software validation and maintaining the infrastructure to support test automation and management
- Writing and executing automated tests for proving software fitness in relation to coding standards, design conventions and architectural requirements
- Document test cases as manual steps or automated test routines to provide coverage of acceptance criteria
- Developing automated tests for software validation and maintaining the infrastructure to support test automation and management
- Writing and maintaining test automation scripts to satisfy documented test cases
- Wuilding and managing collections of test data
- Execute manual and automated test cases
- Detect bugs and issues and prepare defect report
- Communicate issues, solutions, recommendations and feedbacks clearly to stakeholders to facilitate quick resolution

**MANDATORY SKILLS**:

- Hands-on with Defect management systems (defect /task management tool)
- Strong API scripting experience (using Postman)
- Strong UI automation scripting experience (Selenium, Appium)
- Strong in programming languages (Java, Javascript, Python)
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies
- Strong understanding of, and ability to consume API testing
- Experience in working with test automation frameworks across layers (e.g. unit. integration, UI) using either open source or commercial tools
- Good understanding of STLC and SDLC
- Good written and oral communication skills (English)
- Strong problems solving and analytical skills.
- Proactive approach for problem solving and issue resolution
- Self-Starter and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Client service and results orientated

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in relevant field of computing (IT, Computer engineering, Computer Science, Informatics)
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- API scripting (using Postman): 3 years (preferred)
- Selenium, Appium: 2 years (required)
- Java, Javascript, Python: 3 years (preferred)
- agile development methodologies: 3 years (preferred)
