**Purchase Order Management**: Assist in preparing, processing, and tracking purchase orders (POs).
- Ensure all POs are accurately documented and processed in a timely manner.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Communicate with suppliers and vendors to obtain product information, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
- **Inventory Control**: Help monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- **Supplier Relationship Management**: Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors, addressing issues such as delays or discrepancies in deliveries.
- **Data Entry & Record Keeping**: Accurately enter purchasing data into the system, including vendor details, pricing, and delivery status.
- **Market Research**: Assist in researching new suppliers, products, and market trends to help identify cost effective purchasing opportunities.
- **Delivery and Quality Control**:Track delivery schedules and assist in inspecting goods received to ensure they meet company quality standards.
- **Reporting**: Help generate purchasing reports, such as purchase order status, supplier performance, and inventory turnover.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with other purchasing-related administrative tasks, such as filing, handling documentation and answering inquiries.

Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
