Job Title : Senior Support Analyst

Contract duration : 12 Months extendable Contract

Payroll under : amIT global Solutions Sdn Bhd

Location : Petaling Jaya

**Responsibilities**:
Analyzed and resolved production incidents related to database queries.

Debugged and optimized slow-performing PL/SQL procedures and SQL queries.

Worked with development teams to troubleshoot errors.

Monitored daily jobs using control-m/autosys/crontab.

Handled schema-level troubleshooting and data correction activities.

Performed root cause analysis and created knowledge base documents.

Worked on database connectivity issues and session locks

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
