**Job Specifications**
- Assist providers in office procedures which may include ECG's, urine drug screening, point of care lab testing, and other procedures as assigned
- Taking and recording accurate vital signs and measurements assisting with exams and procedures
- Be responsible for patient rooming, assisting with procedures, ECG's, point of care testing and other duties as assigned
- Working collaboratively with other health care team members to endure patient needs are met and clinic operations are efficient
- Participating in the identification of patients’ needs for referrals
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills to patients/visitors in the clinic/on the phone
- Greets patients in respectful manner
- Assesses need for special accommodation/transfer
- Passionate about patient’s care and needs
- Working Hours - Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm

**Qualifications**
- SPM level or Higher
- Training will be provided
- Intermediate computer skills in MS Word and Excel
