**Internship Overview**
As an Account Executive Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about the day-to-day responsibilities of managing client accounts. You will work closely with our team of experienced Account Executives to gain hands-on experience in client communications, account management, and sales strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**

1) Able to commit at least four (4) to six (6) months

2) Assist in preparation of full set of financial statements for internal and external

clients

3) Handle reconciliation of accounts inclusive of bank reconciliations.

4) Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the accounting database and

perform periodic backups for the accounting records in the database.

5) Maintain backup copies for all the accounting records and perform documents

filing.

6) Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required by reporting

manager.

7) Support the Finance Department team members where needed with their

duties.

8) Assist with filing, data entry, recording and maintaining accurate and complete

financial records

9) Compile and analyse data, track information and support the company and

clients

10) Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity

11) Assist in general accounting function (focusing on account payables and

account receivable)

**Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, account management or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM600.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
