Job Description

Handle daily accounting transactions, account receivable, account payable, general ledger and preparing financial statement

Familiarity with e-invoicing processes and LHDN e-Invoice requirements

Perform reconciliations for bank statements, accounts payable and receivable

Utilize Autocount Cloud Accounting software for accurate book keeping and maintaining financial records

Familiarity with Autocount Cloud Accounting is essential for efficient management of financial records

Prior experience in preparing full-set accounts, handling daily transactions and preparing financial statements is desirable

Maintain proper filing systems for financial records, invoices, receipts and other related documents

Support external auditors with the preparation of year-end audit documentation

Provide general administrative assistance, including recording attendance and site schedules and supporting the director as needed

Perform other administrative tasks or special projects as assigned

High level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies

Must be self-disciplined and able to work independently while also being a good team player
