**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- Assist in oversee East Malaysia branch offices' functions for overall Administrative, Accounting, Human Resources and Laboratory management.
- Acting as point of contact between Head office stakeholders (HR, Finance, Admin, HSE and IT) and East Malaysia branch offices' Business Admin staffs.
- Ensure accounting policies and other related policies/procedures compliance with Group/ Head Office policies.
- Responsible in preparing daily, weekly and monthly report.
- Cooperate with all related departments for execution of tasks and orders.
- Prepare relevant reports as and when required to superior.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Junior level, specialized in business support or equivalent.
- Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player
- Discipline, independent, word hard and well time management.
- Preferably good communication and written in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
