To assist in maintaining employees discipline and monitor daily attendance of production worker.
- To manage and maintain the cleanliness and facilities in hostel.
- To report all damage and repairs needed in the hostel. (Liaises with Maintenance Department).
- To assist Superior in hostel management process compliance to the local law and rules & regulations.
- To manage the welfare and discipline of foreign workers in the hostel.
- To ensure hostel occupant abide to hostel & factory policies, rules and regulations.
- To carry out hostel spot check from time to time.
- To handle staff welfare and general affairs, including checking hostel workers facilities, safety & health and 5S.
- Handle FOMEMA check-up (bring to clinic / hospital in the absence of driver) and all related to foreign worker matter.
- Ensure hostel, worker’s canteen and its surrounding environment are upkeep and well maintained.
- Listen & feedback employees’ grievances to superior and implementing disciplinary procedures.
- Any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

**Job Requirement**:

- Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must possess at least a SPM and above.
- At least 2 year of working experience in Human Resources.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Juru.
- Applicant must have own transport and driving license.
- Basic knowledge MS Office.
- Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and multitasking.
- Full-Time positions available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
