_**Responsibilities**:_
- **Cost Estimation**_: Develop accurate cost estimates for construction projects, considering materials, labor, and overheads.
- **Budget Management**_: Monitor and manage project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring financial targets are met.
- **Contractual Negotiations**_: Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring favorable terms for the organization.
- **Risk Analysis**_: Conduct risk assessments related to costs, contracts, and project changes, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- **Quantity Takeoff**_: Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and assist in the preparation of bills of quantities.
- **Cost Reporting**_: Generate regular cost reports for project stakeholders, providing insights into financial status and potential risks.
- **Change Management**_: Assess and manage changes to project scope, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes are followed.
- **Quality Assurance**_: Collaborate with project teams to ensure that quality standards are maintained while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- **Team Collaboration**_: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals and resolve any cost-related issues.
- **Regulatory Compliance**_: Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring all projects adhere to legal standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- **Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on bridgework, roadwork, geotechnical works, and earthworks.**:

- Proven expertise in cost estimation, budget management, and contractual negotiations within the specified sectors.
- Previous experience with government projects, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of relevant regulations and procurement processes.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and project management in the context of bridgework, roadwork, geotechnical works, and earthworks.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
