- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including pre-screening, on-site interviews, offering of employment and onboarding.
- Identify, attract, and source for the right talents using different niche sites/online channels and other social platforms and professional networks.
- Organize and participate in the relevant career events and local job fairs to broaden the hiring needs.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation for new recruits
- Well versed in local labour laws and knowledge of labour laws in other jurisdictions is an advantage.
- Handle employee relations issues and grievances.
- Identify training needs and source for relevant training programs.
- Coordinate and keep track of all in-house and external training.
- Check with HRDF or any fundings and support for trainings.
- Generate trainingreport/statistics.
- Perform any other related duties as Management may require from time to time.
**Job Requirement**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, or its equivalent.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Outstanding interpersonal and people management skills.
- At least 3 to 5 years working experience.
- Excellent command of English, both written and oral.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Fast learner and able to work under minimum supervision.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
