Job Summary:

The HR Executive will support all human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations of HR activities and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the hotel. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in staff training and development programs.
  • Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and other HR projects.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in HR, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
