About the role

Tri I Concept Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This full-time role will play a crucial part in supporting our growing organisation and contributing to the overall success of our Human Resources department.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing effective human resources policies, procedures, and best practices
  2. Overseeing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees
  3. Providing guidance and support to managers on a range of HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and training and development
  4. Administering employee benefits and compensation
  5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  6. Identifying and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction
  7. Assisting with the design and delivery of HR-related training programmes
  8. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation

What we're looking for

  1. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment
  3. Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements
  4. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  6. Proficient in the use of HR-related software and technologies
  7. A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to work
  8. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
