Human Resource & Admin Senior Executive/ Executive (Petaling Jaya, Selangor)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processing, statutory submissions, and day-to-day HR operations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Contribute to the administration of employee welfare initiatives and benefits programs.
  • Assist in recruitment and training efforts and documentation.
  • Provide assistance in general office administration to ensure smooth operations.
  • Take on ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks assigned by Superiors.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in computerized payroll systems and HRMS.
  • Experience in handling the full spectrum of HR functions will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and other related labour laws/regulations is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented, responsible, honest, diligent and able to work independently with initiative.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
