Position : Human Resource & Communication Executive

Basic Salary : RM 3,500 – RM 4,500

Location : PJ Trade

Working Day : Monday – Friday

Working Hours : 9am – 6pm

Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and professional Human Resource & Communications Executive to join our team in a hybrid working environment. The role encompasses the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison for internal and external communications while supporting a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Job Scope:

  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with company standards.
  • Manage monthly payroll, expense claims, employee benefits, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviews, offers, contract renewals, onboarding, offboarding, and probation confirmations.
  • Prepare and issue HR-related documents such as confirmation letters, promotion letters, warning notices, and other official correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave management, and personnel data.
  • Handle employee enquiries related to HR matters, benefits, claims, and policies in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee growth and performance.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and staff engagement activities to support a positive work culture.
  • Manage incoming calls and communications, ensuring messages are handled or redirected professionally.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external communications via email, WhatsApp, and other official channels.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR and/or corporate communications.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Positive, adaptable, and willing to take initiative while growing with the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
