**Responsibilities**:

- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided list or database, introducing our products/services and generating interest.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and relationship-building techniques.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits and address customer inquiries.
- Sales Process: Follow a structured sales process, including pitching, handling objections, and closing sales.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Record Keeping: Accurately record customer interactions, sales, and feedback in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

- You must have an SPM
- You must have at least 1 Years of experience in the service industry and Sales.
- We preferred someone with sales experience in the contact center, marketing or sales promoter
- You must be a confident, sales-driven individual with impressive character
- Strong sales skills with the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
