**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

**Responsibilities**:

- To promote company products & services to prospective customers.
- Update customer with monthly promotions and campaign.
- To achieve monthly target sets by the Company.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing sales targets which are required by the management
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Go the 'extra mile' to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably Executive specializing in Telesales or equivalent
- Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience in a Telesales
- Experience in doing outbound calls.
- Both fresh graduates and experienced applicants are welcome (we can discuss the entry level based on your previous experience)
- Strong in communication and creative thinking skills.
- Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written. Mandarin is an added advantage
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
- Fast learner and able to adapt to changes
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Demonstrate teamwork all the time
- Willing to work under pressure, long work hours sometime.
