Job Description:

- To monitor and ensure that all C8 & ZB declarations are done correctly and in a timely manner.
- To monitor and maintain the accuary of the ZB and Custom data at company's designated ZB and Custom Controlling system
- Steering, lead, guide and monitor the staff to work according to SOP (Standard of Procedure) and performance expectation.
- Meet and liase with customs officer for any special approval/ discrepancy
- Meet and liase with FCZ officer for any special approval/ discrepancy / operating license renewal
- Update SOP whenever there is any process change
- Provide advice and resolution for shipment movement
- Attend to Custom audit, if any
- Maintain good communication with internal/ external customer
- Proper maintain and all the ZB and Customs form (including terima masuk copy)

Job Requirements:

- Diploma in any field
- Obtained a KEK certificate, well werse with Malaysian Custom Regulations and procedure.
- At least 3-5 years hands on experience in custom declaration job, playing a leading role.
- Strong interest in logistics freight forwarding
- Good relationship and networking with Custom Department

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
