Responsibilities

  • Perform customs declaration includes K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K8, K9 and ZB1, ZB2 via EDI/Aldec conformance with the Customs regulations
  • Ensure documentation accuracy such as HS Code, duty, tax computation and exemption for smooth Custom cargo clearance activity and timely distribution to customers.
  • Familiar with customs HS code, duty tax computation/exemption
  • Track job progress and coordinate with all related departments to ensure the job is completed.
  • Liaising closely with Customs Department for all matters related to the import and export processes and prepare various customs reports for Air Freight

Requirement

  • Certificate/Diploma in Logistics/Transportation/Kursus Ejen Kastam (KEK)
  • 3 -5 years experience in freight forwarding/customs brokerage/shipping industry
  • Good knowledge in computer and able to start with short period notice
  • Eye for details and able to work in minimum supervision and overtime
  • Independent candidate with own transport and able to work under stress
  • Position to be based at KLIA Cargo Village.
