Sepang, Selangor, Malaysia Southern Air Freight Sdn Bhd Full time 60,000 - 168,000 per year

a. Handling, loading, coordinating and monitoring of all air & ocean export/import shipments i.e. responsible

for handling all shipping coordination including vessel / flight booking, freight arrangement, shipping document

(such as BL, AWB, manifest, DO and other related document preparation)

b. Prepare customs declaration document (K1/K2/K3/K8/K9 & ZB) form;

c. Handle all matters with relevant governmental departments for all import/export shipments;

d. Arrange pre-alert and documents to shipper/overseas agents and Head Office after submission of

shipments;

e. To provide prompt communication feedback to all customers / agents and to maintain and update export

airfreight rates;

f. To ensure POD (Proof Of Delivery) is given to overseas agent on the same day when shipment is release to

consignees and their custom broker;

g. Trace back original POD (prove of delivery) and invoice from vendors/agents

h. To assist in booking of airspace for export shipments

i. To co-ordinate & liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, overseas agents & customers for handling,

delivery & pick up of air & ocean import & export shipments;

j. To issue billing and supporting shipping documents to customers on timely basis for payment arrangement

k. To create jobs for import export shipments & update job costing in our ERP system on timely basis and

accurately;

l. To assist GM and Customer Service department on any enquiry and others operation task.

m. To manage petty cash arrangement and issue petty cash payment voucher and claims for reimbursement

n. Assist in any other duties as directed by the management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,300.00 per month
