**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in administration of withdrawals / transfers / deferments and any other admissions-related services within the stipulated time frame.
- Oversee and monitor database-related functions and procedures to enhance the system.
- Advise and handle matters related to student visas and immigration.
- Prepare monthly statistical reports for transfers and withdrawals.
- Maintain and oversee filing and documentation related to Admissions Unit (e.g., withdrawals / completion / transfers).
- Consolidate and prepare the “No Show” report of students for all intakes.
- Recommend, implement and continuously seek to improve policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to overall Admission Unit if necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,808.95 - RM3,000.00 per month
