**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver effective lessons in Business Studies, Economics and Accounting, aligned with the school curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to track student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and individualized support to students.
- Maintain a classroom atmosphere that fosters intellectual growth and critical thinking.
- Stay current with developments in Economics and Accounting, incorporating relevant topics into the curriculum.
- Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development initiatives.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall learning experience at ICONS International School.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Teaching certification or proven teaching experience in Economics and/or Accounting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- A passion for motivating and inspiring students.
- Proficiency in modern teaching methods and technology.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in teaching at the secondary or high school level.
- Familiarity with financial management, micro/macroeconomics, and tax principles.
- Ability to integrate technology into lessons to enhance student learning.
- Strong team player with collaborative skills.
