**Position Overview**:
The **Protégé - RTW Business Development Assistant** will support the business development team in identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, conducting market research, and assisting in client engagement initiatives. This entry-level role is ideal for graduates seeking hands-on experience in a real-time working (RTW) environment, contributing to strategic growth and project acquisition.

**Background Study**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration,
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics
- or other related fields

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying and researching potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for client engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies to expand the company’s market presence.
- Maintain and update client databases and track progress on business leads.
- Assist in organizing and participating in meetings, networking events, and exhibitions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the business development team.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,both verbal and written.
- Good analytical and research abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of proposal and tender processes.
- Good research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to fast-paced work settings.
- Creativity and strategic thinking, solution-oriented mindset.

**Job Types**: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ara Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
