Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on potential markets, industries, and client prospects.
  • Analyse business trends and assist in identifying new opportunities.
  • Support preparation of proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Assist in client follow-up, coordination, and maintaining customer databases.
  • Participate in meetings, exhibitions, or business events when required.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and online content.
  • Assist in managing company social media, website updates, and brand awareness activities.
  • Maintain documentation of leads, sales pipelines, and client communications.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly activity reports for management review.
  • Work closely with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to research, analyse markets, and interpret data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Basic understanding of sales, branding, and business strategy.
  • Confidence in preparing and delivering presentations or proposals.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Fresh Grades are welcome to apply
  • Completed Degree in Business Administration / Business Management/ International Business / Entrepreneurship/ Mass Communication / Corporate Communication or any related field.
  • Protégé Trainee Contract for 8 months

Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 8 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
