As a PROTÉGÉ Trainee, you will:
Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
Communication & Coordination
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
Data Entry & Record Management
- Input and update records in databases or spreadsheets.
- Maintain accurate employee/client/vendor records.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail and good time management
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresh Grades are welcome to apply
- Completed Degree in Business Admin or a related field.
- Protégé Trainee Contract for 8 months
Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 8 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
