Our **PROTÉGÉ Programme** (Professional Training & Education for Growing Entrepreneurs) offers fresh graduates a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting top executives while developing critical professional skills.
As a **PROTÉGÉ Trainee**, you will:
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO / COO.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
- Assist in preparing reports, and business documents.
- Support special projects, events, and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Assist with light administrative duties (expense tracking, filing, etc.).
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- **This role may require local travel. Reliable transportation is preferred.**
**Eligibility Criteria**:
- Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Management, Secretarial Studies, or related fields.
- Fresh Grades are welcome to apply
- Protégé Trainee Contract for 8 months
**Job Types**: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 8 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
