**Responsibilities**:
- Manage complex projects in the financial services sector, with a focus on Trade Finance.
- Utilize project management frameworks such as Scrum, PMP, and Kanban to drive project success.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including work breakdown structures (WBS), risk management plans, issue management plans, and dependency management.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Manage project risks and issues proactively, identifying and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and third-party partners.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience as a full-time Project Manager or related roles directly involved in core banking projects.
- Expertise in Trade Finance OR Finastra is good to have.
- PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Has PM skills on stakeholder management, planning & scheduling, financial management, vendor management, building business cases and requirements management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
