**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Planning and Management**:

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, business analysts, and vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and project teams.
- Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and communicate any project changes.
- Lead project meetings and prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and issues.
- **Risk and Issue Management**:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize project delays.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- **Project Execution**:

- Oversee project execution, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Coordinate testing, quality assurance, and deployment phases.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for future improvement.
- **Resource Management**:

- Lead and mentor project team members.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Ensure all project documentation is completed and stored properly.
- Comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven record of successful project delivery.
- Experience managing software development, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
