About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in IT and network transformation projects, preferably within Operational Technology (OT) or plant environments. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical networking expertise and proven project management capabilities to lead and deliver strategic initiatives across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management activities for network transformation and OT/plant-related projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Manage project risks, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight in the networking domain (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, security, etc.).
  • Prepare regular project status reports and communicate progress to management and clients.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational project governance and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12–15 years of total experience in IT and Project Management, with a focus on networking projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of network infrastructure and transformation initiatives.
  • Experience managing OT/plant-based projects will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Multilingual proficiency – ability to communicate in English and one additional language (Chinese or Korean) preferred.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM8,000.00 per month
