Job Responsibilities:-

  1. To be responsible to lead or participate in pursuit of business through pre-sales and project; helping to win and manage more clients and projects;
  2. To be responsible for overall management of projects; to develop project plans and ensure that project deadlines and deliverables are on budget, on-time and on-scope constraints, and that the projects adhere and comply with Project Management Professional (PMP) methodology and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI);
  3. To understanding the business requirements in order to define project scope, deliverables and delivery commitments. Develop Statements of Work as needed;
  4. To drive project activities against plans, and develop and manage project status documentation and communications;
  5. To manage the scope of work, objectives, quality of deliverables, and other project management activities;
  6. To monitor project status by tracking and reporting, continuously assess project risk factors and recommend appropriate course of action to mitigate;
  7. To facilitate collaboration across the organization and disparate functions;
  8. To manage and prioritize projects using project planning techniques and software through all phases of the project life cycle;
  9. To motivate the team members with broad knowledge of information technology and software development and the ability to understand complex business requirements quickly;
  10. To provide effective leadership to the project team and ensure that the team members are motivated to create and deliver successfully results to client satisfaction;
  11. To manage internal and external expectations, handling the customer communication, planning the projects, monitoring the Profit & Loss, managing resources via matrix management, managing concerns, risks and issues associated with projects and reporting to senior management;
  12. To ensure adherence to legally binding requirements;
  13. To be responsible to manage several concurrent projects;
  14. Perform any function/responsibility that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:-

  1. At least Degree / Professional Certification such as PMP or CAPM.
  2. Required skill(s): Excel, Word, Powerpoint, MS Project and Sharepoint;
  3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English;
  4. At least 3 years of working experience in Project Management role for Information Technology Enterprise.
  5. Possess own transportation and must be willing to travel;
  6. Able to work independently;
  7. Hardworking, disciplined, punctual, good in communication skills, willing to learn, honest and trustworthy in work;
  8. Work based in Kuala Lumpur (Desa Pandan).
  9. Malaysian citizen only.
