Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Project Manager located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Project Manager will oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. Daily tasks include coordinating and managing all aspects of project activities such as planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, managing logistics and resources, inspecting project sites, expediting processes, addressing project risks, and providing reports on project status.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Expediting and Expeditor skills, with the ability to ensure timely progression of tasks and processes.
  • Proficiency in Logistics Management, including coordinating resources and supply chain operations.
  • Inspection skills for monitoring and ensuring adherence to quality standards and project requirements.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience managing hospital projects in construction or similar industries is required.
