Project Manager – Malaysia (Local Candidates Only)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead projects related to network transformation and OT/plant operations within our growing IT environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking technologies, project delivery, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for network transformation and OT/plant-related initiatives.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of project outcomes.

Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when needed.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and security requirements.

Report project performance, status, and key metrics to senior management.

Required Skills & Experience:

12–15 years of total experience in IT and Project Management.

Proven experience in managing network transformation and OT/plant projects.

Strong technical knowledge in networking domain (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, security, connectivity, etc.).

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.).

PMP or PRINCE2 certification will be an advantage.

Additional language proficiency in Chinese or Korean is preferred.
