**Position: Sales Product Specialist**

**Department Sales & Marketing**

**Salary Range: 3K to 5K (Based on Experience)**

**Job roles & responsibilities Descriptions**:

- Primary responsibility for creating the demand of our Products in the hospitals, through doctors and members of the allied medical profession (nurses, pharmacists and purchasers) recommendations and endorsement.
- Likewise, responsible for c**onvincing the hospitals to use and purchase**our Products _**in the hospital - pharmacy, operating room, ICU, NICU, ED, surgical medical wards and clinics.**_
- Manage, motivate and develop the required assistance in order to be competent in our task and smooth execution of the marketing plans.
- Ongoing monitoring of marketing plans issued and reporting of any variances to the manager in charge.
- Provide monthly reports on sales performance, competitor’s activities and conducting educational programmers to the healthcare professionals.
- Ensure proper implementation of promotional plans by following guidelines outlines in the promo cycle bulletin.
- Monitor all aspects of a product lifecycle, including long/short-term product development and marketing.
- Work as a team to gather in-depth knowledge of products versus the current competition out in the market.
- To gain increased revenue, product specialists must be able to identify new market opportunities. They are required to conduct product and sales trainings for the marketing team.
- **Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements.**:

- Need to possess important skills that include research, analysis, as well as data collection and management using Excel

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing or any related discipline.
- Preferably have 1-2 years of experience in **medical devices sales, Pharmaceutical or healthcare related industries.**:

- Understanding of medical devices business.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

Work Location: In person
