**About your role**
- Implement strategies to enhance sales processes, optimize pricing models, and boost customer engagement to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and reconnect with lost customers through targeted outreach and personalized follow-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline recovery processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Facilitate seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational procedures to maintain efficiency and consistency.
- Oversee and coordinate daily operational tasks, including scheduling vehicle collections within designated areas using Google Maps.
- Manage data entry, maintain accurate records, and upload necessary information to the web portal.
- Generate, update, and analyze daily reports to support decision-making and business insights.
- Assist in additional tasks and projects as assigned by management to support business objectives.
- Identify system or service issues causing customer dissatisfaction or revenue loss and implement corrective actions.
- Detect and resolve internal process inefficiencies to enhance business recovery and operational effectiveness.
- Analyze sales processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements for better performance.
- Provide customers with necessary resources and support to enhance their understanding of processes and ensure a seamless experience.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications: A few years' experience in the Automotive Industry is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles, with a track record of driving sales growth.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
