**About Us**:
ChamCham is a fast-growing F&B quick-service chain dedicated to delivering exceptional food and service to our customers. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of our stores and maintain strong relationships with landlords, suppliers, and staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations across 2 store locations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor staff performance, conduct scheduling, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Conduct regular stock counts and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and shortages.
- Step in to cover shifts during emergencies or staff shortages, ensuring uninterrupted service.
- Use a personal vehicle to travel between stores (valid driving license and vehicle required).
- Provide regular reports to management on store performance, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, if needed.
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
