**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Engagement**:Act as the main contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their design preferences and requirements.
- **Design and Documentation**: Prepare quotations, and technical drawings to guide project execution.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with project managers or independently oversee projects to ensure timely, cost-effective completion.
- **Cost Control**: Manage budgets, identify savings opportunities, and maintain design quality.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all designs and constructions meet professional and client standards.
- **Post-Renovation Services**: Address client concerns post-renovation to ensure satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

**What we expected from you**
- Availability to commence work ASAP
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience.
- Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, including cost control and quality assurance, simultaneously.
- Education Qualifications
- Strong Time Management skills
- Self Starter and Detail Oriented
- Skilled in collaboration with 3D drafters, site coordinators, vendors, subcontractors, accountants, and the marketing team
- Proficient in Mandarin, English
