* To be able Outstation to various project site,Take charge of procurement of building materials.
- Handle and coordinate procurement process such as calling of tender, preparation of tender report, chairing of tender interview and drafting of letter of award.
- Attend all client and consultant meetings and site meeting.check and follow up Customer progress claims, payment.
- To prepare evaluation and analysis of tenders/quotations and recommend for approval.
- Responsible for taking-off quantities and preparation of bills of quantities, tender costing and tender documentation.
- Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension, or renewal, as appropriate.
- Coordinate with site project team in administering contractual matters such as variation order, extension of time, project cost control, etc.
- Regularly update and report to Director on the status of the entire assignment.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Directors from time to time.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Quantity Surveyor: 1 year (preferred)
