HR & Administrative Executive

**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of relevant HR work experience.
- Familiar with Malaysia labor laws and payroll.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Able to start work immediately is an advantage.
- Senior / Junior
**Responsibilities**:
- Able to handle full spectrum of HR and admin function, including full set payroll and government statutory, e.g.: EPF, Socso, EIS, PCB, etc.
- Liaise with local authorities for compliance or regulatory issues.
- Maintain employee records, filing systems and updated employee database.
- Ensuring license & insurance renewal on time & compliance to government requirement.
- Liaison with contractors/suppliers on daily/operational/payment matters and perform creditor reconciliation
- Ad hoc projects or activities when required.
