**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions and able to dictate and take the lead as a Team Player. Potential growth with the company.
- Recruit staff, prepare job advertisements, interview and short-list people, nego
- Good in HR 2000 System and able to prepare and process various HR Form and Letters.
- Engaged in full payroll function by way of verifying UPL, EL, time sheets and other claims.
- Manage monthly payroll processing of local employees and submission of monthly statutory payment & reports, including PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Levy contribution. Recruitment, Employee Orientation, Development & Training
- Administer the payroll, review salaries and advice on remuneration benefits and employment law.
- Review and analyze monthly financial performance of the company by clipping the expenses.
- Establish salary structures, compensation strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market to attract talent and ensure internal equity to retain talent.
- Produce and submit weekly reports on general HR activity.
- Maintain and review the Company’s HR Policy, SOPs and recommend improvements on HR practices and in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.
- Liaison with Immigration System, KDN, PIKM, SOCSO, EPF, JPN, ROC, ROS dan lain lain.
- Liaise with government statutory bodies for legal and administration requirements.
- Maintain records related to grievances, performance review, disciplinary actions (Issuing Show cause letters, suspension and or termination.
- Maintain HR Records (Personal file, personal database, leave record, attendance tracking) of all employees in a proper and efficient manner.
- Prepare the necessary documents (induction pack, personal particular form, access /ID cards acknowledgement form, staff manual acknowledgement form and IT policy acknowledgement form) and other materials (staff ID, Door access card, season pass parking card) for new staff/intern.
- Prepare and carry out employees annual performance appraisal exercise and salary review
- Responsible for collecting and analyzing employee data, organizing and updating employee files and overseeing employee orientation and training, among other duties.
- To check & verify monthly overtime form (OT) before 5th of every month & pass to Finance Department.
- Help improve the company’s SOP’s for documentation where necessary so company SOP flow can be more efficient. Good writing skills.
- Undertakes other duties as assigned from time to time. A very independent person.

- Administer the payroll, review salaries and advice on remuneration benefits and employment law.
- Arrange for training opportunities to enhance employees' performance.
- Responsible for collecting and analyzing employee data, organizing and updating employee files and overseeing employee orientation and training, among other duties.
Learning & Development Functions- Support the learning and development strategies for the Group.
- Support the end-to-end process for all training initiatives.
- Deliver training to staff and administer staff's professional examination.
- Maintain relationships with training providers, consultants and professional industry associations.
- Implement and maintain a Learning Management System.
- Responsible for the timely and accuracy of payroll administration and ensure compliance with local statutory requirements.
