**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment Support**:
- Help post job ads and review resumes.
- Schedule interviews and assist with interview logistics.
- Prepare onboarding documents for new employees.
- **Employee Engagement**:
- Assist in organizing team-building activities or events.
- Help with answering basic employee questions about policies and benefits.
- **HR Administration**:
- Update employee records and files.
- Help with HR reports and document management.
- Assist in general HR tasks like data entry and filing.
- **Training Assistance**:
- Help organize training sessions and track attendance.
- Collect feedback from employees after training sessions.
- **Employee Relations**:
- Assist with basic employee inquiries or concerns.
- Help with surveys or feedback gathering to improve employee satisfaction.
- **HR Projects**:
- Support ongoing HR projects, such as performance reviews or new policy development.
- Conduct research on HR best practices or trends.
- **Compensation & Benefits Support**:
- Assist with preparing payroll-related documents.
- Help employees with benefits-related questions.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:
- Ensure that HR documents and practices are in line with local laws.
- Help track and maintain HR compliance records.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Interest in HR and people management.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well with a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Current student or recent graduate in HR, Business, or a related field.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM500.00 - RM900.00 per month
