**UI/UX DESIGNER**

Founded in September 2020, Asia Digital Engineering (ADE) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Capital A Berhad based in KLIA2, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. ADE leverages the AirAsia Group Engineering Department’s best practices and unsurpassed combined experience in the region. ADE offers a range of aircraft services focused on the Airbus A320, A321 & A330 for line maintenance services, component and warehouse services, and engineering support services.

UIUX Designers at ADE work closely with end
- users, business stakeholders and product engineers to deliver a world-class product design in various forms of UI/UX deliverables. We believe in the continuous pursuit of making things better and building a team passionate about learning and sharing knowledge.

**What you will do**:

- Carry out UI/UX activities and produce UI/UX deliverables such as low to high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, standards and guidelines, UX content, visual designs, design assets based on UI/UX methodologies used.
- Communicate with users, stakeholders, business units and product teams to understand the business goals, objectives and product requirements and translate into tangible UI/UX deliverables.
- Carry out design reviews on existing products and systems to identify gaps and subsequently strategise, plan and implement enhancements to close those gaps.
- Develop and maintain a design system to be used when designing products
- Understand and ensure compliance to relevant standards and guidelines (brand standards, UI/UX guidelines etc)
- Updated on UI/UX best practices and industry knowledge to ensure delivery of high quality products and service

**Your experience and skills**:

- A bachelor’s degree in graphic design/information technology/interactive media/ multimedia/or a related field, from a recognised institution.
- 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in UI/UX design, digital, information technology or multimedia environment
- Experience in designing digital products (websites, mobile app and systems) using various design tools
- Skills/Knowledge:

- Able to understand and use available data to inform design decisions
- Strong critical and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong visual communication, written and verbal presentation skills
- Able to guide and motivate junior designers
- Comfortable working with both business and tech teams
- Dedicated, resourceful, and able to work under pressure
- Foster an efficient, innovative and team-oriented work environment
- Flexible to ad-hoc task
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suites such as XD, Illustrator, Photoshop. (Knowledge in Figma/Sketch/ InVision/ Visio/ Design Systems is highly appreciated)
