Collaborate closely with stakeholders to unearth opportunities for enhancement that perfectly align with our ambitious business growth plans.
- Get hands-on with analyzing ISR traffic, swiftly mitigating trending incidents, and implementing automation to supercharge our service desk's efficiency.
- Assess vendor performance meticulously, driving impactful improvements while ensuring accountability for non-compliance alongside our Service Delivery Management team.

**To thrive in this role, we're looking for someone who brings**:

- A Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with an ITIL Foundation v3 Certification or higher.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT Technical Operations or IT Product Management, showcasing a solid track record of success.
- A keen understanding of user needs and a knack for solving adoption challenges, especially within large organizations.
- Proven experience in optimizing user engagement and implementing game-changing business improvements.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders effortlessly, all while maintaining your cool under pressure.
- Bonus points for a basic grasp of APIs, Microservices, Data Science, UI/UX, Javascript, and/or Python.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud and related technologies like App Engine, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Monitoring, and Big Query would be a definite plus.
- An understanding of Agile processes and principles will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills will be key to your success.
- We're seeking a dynamic, highly motivated team player with exceptional interpersonal skills who's ready to roll up their sleeves and get things done.
- Your sharp risk acumen and regional organizational awareness will be invaluable assets in this role.
- And finally, be prepared to embrace flexibility as you may be reassigned to other areas within ICT and/or ITSO and/or the Application Management team, and be willing to be on 24-hour on-call and standby mode.
