**What will you do**:
Colgate-Palmolive Xccelerate+ Commercial Management Trainee Program is a 24 months development program crafted to prepare you to be future leaders of tomorrow. The program will provide you first-hand experiences and broad exposure to our global organization through job rotations in an immersive learning environment within Customer Development, Retail Marketing, eCommerce and eventually leading you into a definite fast track of commercial business management.

**Who Are We Looking For**:
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree holder with CGPA 3.2 and above in Commerce/ International Business/ Business Administration/ Marketing or equivalent- Possess less than 18 months full-time working experience (excluding internships & part time work)- Proven leadership skills in assuming multiple leadership positions in curricular activities- Passionate about developing a career in FMCG industry- Problem solver with strong analytical skills- Creative & critical thinking with an open mind and high learning agility- Adventurous, entrepreneurial and possess experimental mindset- Strong leadership skills, driven to achieve goals and deliver outcomes
