**Job Title: Product Specialist - Process Analytics (PRO)**

**About the Role**

A leading player in the industrial and scientific instruments sector is seeking a motivated Product Specialist to join its Process Analytics division. This role combines technical expertise with sales to deliver customized solutions and support to clients across various industries.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while developing new business opportunities (MNCs & SMEs)
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations and technical solutions
- Respond promptly to sales leads and client inquiries
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training sessions
- Support marketing initiatives and participate in lead generation activities
- Prepare quotations and cost estimates based on customer requirements and site conditions
- Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions in the CRM system

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in technical sales or a similar role
- Knowledge of sensors, instrumentation systems, and control protocols (e.g., Fieldbus, TCP/IP)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
- Willing to travel throughout Malaysia and possess a valid driving license

**Preferred**
- Experience in project management or handling technical equipment and process systems
- Background in B2B solution selling
- Leadership or team coordination exposure
