**Production Planning Executive**
- Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Science, Supply chain management or related discipline. Preferably good in mathematics and problem solving skill.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as production planner.
- Possess Good communication skill and able to work with all level in the organization.

**JOB SUMMARY**:
1. Schedule the supply of raw materials and packaging materials to meet production requirements.

2. Monitor and track material flow for ordering to production use.

3. Prepare weekly and monthly production planning.

4. Coordinate with production, warehouse, purchasing, quality control and supply chain departments to attain production.

5. Liaise with QC department on material approval.

6. To follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production.

7. To reduce waste in material expiration by tracking material shelf life and retest due dates required for production and packaging of product.

8. To liaise with supply chain on production schedule planning.

9. Assist in raw materials and packaging materials inventory accuracy.

10. To conduct any job assigned by Production Manager, Production Pharmacist and Senior Operation Manager.

**RELATIONSHIP**:
Maintain good relation with Production, Packing, Production Executive/Manager, laboratory personnel and in process control personnel, maintenance personnel and warehouse.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
