**Job responsibilities:

- **
- Provide both pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying services.
- Advise on contract procedures and related matters.
- Monitor project budgets and implement effective cost control measures.
- Prepare tender documents for main contracts and subcontracts to invite competitive tenders.
- Assist in cost estimation for various project components.
- Prepare and analyze cost comparisons for project evaluation.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of costs, materials, and supply sources.
- Source quotations and conduct pricing negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Measure quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ).
- Manage and compile final accounts.
- Finalize and agree on claims and payments with contractors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

**Job requirements:

- **
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Able to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel when required.

Pay: From RM3,200.00 per month
