**Job Purpose**:
To support and oversee live selling sessions for beauty products, ensuring high-quality presentations, smooth operations, and effective engagement that drive sales and strengthen brand presence. The role includes managing live host teams, preparing content, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining brand standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Live Session Planning & Execution**
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee live streaming schedules for beauty products across platforms (e.g., TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Instagram Live).
- Ensure live hosts are well-prepared with scripts, product knowledge, and brand messaging.
- Monitor live streams in real time to ensure technical quality, audience engagement, and adherence to brand tone.

**2. Team Management**
- Supervise and guide live host team members, providing training and feedback to improve performance.
- Assign roles and responsibilities for each session, including backup hosts and support staff.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment and onboarding of new hosts.

**3. Content & Brand Coordination**
- Work with marketing, product, and creative teams to develop engaging live content and campaigns.
- Ensure product demonstrations highlight key features, benefits, and promotions.
- Maintain brand image and ensure all communications reflect brand values and visual identity.

**4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting**
- Track live stream KPIs (viewership, engagement, conversion rates, sales).
- Analyse performance data to recommend improvements for future sessions.
- Prepare post-campaign reports for management review.

**5. Operational Support**
- Ensure products are ready, stocked, and in good condition for live sessions.
- Oversee setup of lighting, camera, audio, and other live streaming equipment.
- Troubleshoot any issues during live sessions to minimize disruptions.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in live hosting, e-commerce, retail marketing, or the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and beauty trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and people management skills.
- Proficient in live streaming tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during promotional periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
