**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the finance team with bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Maintain and update financial records and databases.
- Prepare and manage documentation for financial transactions.
- Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle communication with clients and vendors regarding financial matters.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- At least a diploma level of education in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Preferably fluent in Mandarin.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
